Purchased by M.C. Strauss Company in 2003, we performed full-scale renovation in 2016 that enhanced design features for both the interior and exterior of the property. The Hemet Valley Mall won 9 awards for the design and creativity of the remodel. We are also owners of additional acreage on the north side of the mall that we are holding for future development. We are contemplating using a portion of the acreage for multi-family development, and holding the remaining acreage for future commercial development.
